The use of agricultural needle punched non-woven fabric

1. Transplantation and planting of garden trees. Before planting large trees and small seedlings, polyester needle punched non-woven fabric can be laid in the tree pit before planting, and then nutrient soil can be laid. This method of planting garden trees has a high survival rate and can retain water and fertilizer.

2. Winter greenhouse and open field seedling cultivation are covered with floating surfaces. Can prevent wind blowing and increase temperature. On one side of the seedbed, use soil to compact the needle punched cotton, and on the other side, use bricks and soil to compact it. Bamboo or coarse iron wire can also be used to make a small arched shed, covering it with needle punched non-woven fabric. Use bricks or soil to compact and insulate the surroundings. Vegetables and flowers that need to be covered should be exposed to more sunlight and covered in the morning and evening. Vegetables covered can be launched 5-7 days earlier, increasing production by about 15%.

3. Used as a canopy. Stretch a layer of polyester needle punched non-woven fabric inside the greenhouse, with a distance of 15-20 centimeters between the ceiling and the plastic greenhouse film; Forming an insulation layer can increase the temperature inside the greenhouse by 3-5 ℃. It should be opened during the day and closed at night. The compartments must be tightly closed to be effective.

4. Covering outside the small arched shed instead of using grass curtains for insulation saves 20% of the cost and greatly extends the service life compared to grass curtains; You can also cover a layer of polyester needle punched non-woven fabric on the small arched shed, and then cover it with plastic film, which can increase the temperature by 5-8 ℃.

5. Used for shading from sunlight. Directly covering the seedbed with polyester needle punched non-woven fabric, covering it in the morning and uncovering it in the evening, can effectively improve the overall quality of the seedlings. Vegetables, flower seedlings, and medium seedlings can be directly covered on the seedlings in summer.

6. Before the arrival of the cold wave, directly covering crops such as tea and flowers that are prone to frost damage with polyester needle punched non-woven fabric can effectively reduce frost damage losses.

The application range of polyester needle punched non-woven fabric is very wide. In addition to being used in agriculture, it can also be used in medical and health care, clothing, toys, home textiles, shoe materials, and so on.
