An LMPET (low melting point polyester) fiber and high elastic PP fiber are combined in varying amounts to create a buffered composite nonwoven fabric. The fabric and elastic polymer film can then be combined thanks to the application of hot pressing. The thickness and mixing ratio of the composite are taken into consideration when evaluating its mechanical and cushioning qualities. The interface observation and peeling test results indicate that there is a strong bond between the polymer film and the nonwoven fabric.
The elasticity from elastic nonwoven fabrics is the memory of fiber positioning, which generates tension. Therefore, high ductility of more than 200% and a mild retraction force are the main feature of this elastic nonwoven fabrics. So this characteristic of high ductility and low tensile strength has been applied to many products, enabling the wearer to stick and eliminate strain or allergy caused by elastic belt.
1. PP elastic nonwoven fabrics is fast tensioning without damaging the thread;
2. This kind of pp nonwoven also own faster tension stabilization;
3. Elastic pp non woven fabrics already are improved fabric strength and super high elasticity;
4. It is also high tension threshold and breaking point;
5. Additionally, its tension loss is small during the stretching process;
1. In particular huge mesh structures can be achieved by needling.
2. Actually, the elasticity of material due to uses of crimp fibers.
3. In melt-blown methods, the elastic nonwoven fibers are taken directly from the polymer.
4. Nonwoven surfaces are created by covering one or both sides of the surface with a chemical that sticks to the ground to form a film layer.
