With the increasing application of non-woven fabrics, in certain special scenarios, it is required that non-woven fabrics have anti-static performance. At this time, we need to perform special treatment on non-woven fabrics to obtain anti-static non-woven fabrics to meet the usage needs. The current common method is to add anti-static masterbatch or anti-static oil agent during the production process to achieve the production of anti-static non-woven fabric.

Anti static non-woven fabrics are mainly used in high-tech fields, such as aviation, electronics, semiconductors, optoelectronics, and so on. For example, anti-static non-woven fabrics can be used to make products such as dust-free clothing and cloth, which can effectively protect products from static electricity in the working environment.
Improve the moisture absorption ability of fibers, improve their conductivity, accelerate charge dissipation, and reduce static electricity generation.
1. Ionic anti-static agent, ionizes and conducts electricity under the action of moisture. Anionic and cationic types eliminate static electricity by neutralizing charges. Anionic type relies on smoothing to reduce static electricity generation.
2. Hydrophilic non-ionic anti-static agents rely on absorbent materials to improve the water absorption of fibers and eliminate static electricity.
Non woven fabric breaks through traditional textile principles and has the characteristics of short process flow and fast production rate. There are many reasons for non-woven fabrics to cause static electricity, but there are two common situations: first, due to insufficient air humidity. Secondly, in the production of non-woven fabrics, the added fiber oil is low and the content is low.
One is to change the usage environment of non-woven fabrics, such as moving them to areas with high humidity or increasing the amount of water molecules in the air. The second is to add fiber oil and some electrostatic agents to the non-woven fabric. It is made by directly spinning non-woven polypropylene into a mesh and bonding it through heating. The strength of the product is superior to that of ordinary short fiber products, with no directionality in strength and similar in longitudinal and transverse directions.
