The Techtextil 2024 Frankfurt International Industrial Textile and Non woven Exhibition is hosted by the Frankfurt Exhibition Company in Germany. It is one of the largest and highest level industrial textile and non-woven exhibitions in the world, held every two years. The exhibition showcases and reflects the latest technologies, application achievements, and future development trends of the current industrial textile and non-woven industry.

Frankfurt, officially known as Frankfurt am Main, distinguishes it from Frankfurt an der Oder located in eastern Germany. It is the fifth largest city in Germany and the largest city in the state of Hesse. It is an important industrial, commercial, financial, and transportation center in Germany and even in Europe. It is located in the western part of Hesse, in the lower reaches of the Maine River, a central tributary of the Rhine River.
Frankfurt has Germany’s largest aviation and railway hub. Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) has become one of the most important international airports and air transportation hubs in the world, and is also the third largest airport in Europe after London Heathrow International Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport.
The University of Frankfurt is one of the top international universities in Germany, with the highest number of Leibniz Award recipients. The University of Frankfurt, where Max Planck is located, has three collaborating units. The 2012 Global Graduate Employment Survey showed that the employment competitiveness of graduates from the University of Frankfurt ranked tenth in the world and first in Germany.
The Techtextil 2022 held in June 2022 attracted 2300 exhibitors, 63000 professional visitors, and an exhibition area of 55000 square meters. With the diversified development of the world economy, industrial textiles have been widely used in fields such as healthcare, environmental protection, transportation, aerospace, and new energy.
The exhibition mainly includes various technical textiles, non-woven fabrics and related equipment, fiber raw materials, composite materials, bonding technology, chemicals, testing instruments, etc. in twelve fields: agriculture, construction, industry, geotechnical engineering, household textiles, medical and health, transportation, environmental protection, packaging, protection, sports and leisure, clothing, etc.
