1. Dry polyester resin raw materials and nylon raw materials to reduce the moisture content of polyester resin to below 30 and the moisture content of nylon raw materials to below 100ppm;
2. After drying, the raw materials enter the screw and gradually heat up in sections, melting the raw materials and discharging air. For those that are stable after filtering foreign objects, they enter the solution pipeline;
3. Polyester resin raw materials and nylon raw materials enter the component through a metering pump, flow in the channel inside the component, and eventually converge into a fine flow of molten material separated by the two raw materials, and are extruded from a spinning hole;
4. The fine flow of molten material extruded from the spinneret will gradually cool and solidify under the action of side blowing;
5. After cooling, the stretching tube filled with compressed air will stretch and become thinner under the drive of high-speed wind, until it reaches the required fineness for spinning;
6. The cooled fiber bundles will be evenly dispersed and laid on the mesh curtain at the outlet of the stretching tube by mechanical equipment, forming a fiber web;
7. The water flow emitted from the high-pressure chamber directly acts on the surface of the fiber web, piercing the fibers on the surface of the fiber web into the interior, causing them to bounce back on the mesh curtain, and then backstab the fibers on the opposite side, forming hugs and entanglements between the fibers, thus making the fluffy fiber web a strong non-woven fabric;
8. Soak the made microfiber non-woven fabric in a solution of sodium hydroxide to partially or completely dissolve the polyester resin;
9. Dilute and clean the alkaline solution in the microfiber non-woven fabric, adjust the pH value of the microfiber non-woven fabric to make it neutral and slightly acidic;
10. Use drying equipment to dry and shape microfiber non-woven fabric.
