In order to conscientiously implement the requirements of the Guidelines for Digital Transformation of Textile and Clothing Enterprises in the Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting High Quality Development of the Textile and Clothing Industry issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Guangdong Non woven Fabric Association held a training course on digital transformation of non-woven enterprises from April 2-3, 2024, guiding and promoting non-woven enterprises to carry out comprehensive, systematic, and overall digital transformation planning and layout, achieve digital management of research and development, sales, procurement, technology, process, production, quality excavation, packaging, warehousing, logistics, after-sales, and other management, and achieve data linkage, mining, and use throughout the entire process of the enterprise. Promote the digitalization of the entire operation and management process of non-woven enterprises, and comprehensively enhance the digital asset management and application capabilities of non-woven industry enterprises.
During the training course, relevant comrades from the Information Technology Development Department of Guangdong Province introduced the strategic positioning, development trend, and path selection of digital transformation of non-woven fabric manufacturing enterprises under the background of promoting new industrialization in the new era;
Foshan City, Dongguan City, Huizhou City and other relevant digital service enterprises introduced their practices and experiences in this region around the construction and promotion of industrial Internet platforms, digital transformation of industrial parks and other aspects;
Experts in the industry focused on the new mode of industrial digital transformation and the digital transformation mechanism of manufacturing industry to give special lectures. The background of digital transformation implementation, digital transformation maturity model, industrial Internet platform selection and star standard evaluation criteria and other standard core content, implementation evaluation framework, implementation process, evaluation points and typical cases were given special lectures;
Relevant enterprises shared their experience in industrial Internet platform, “industrial Internet plus+safe production”, digital transformation of small and medium-sized non-woven enterprises, etc.
All students conducted group discussions around promoting new industrialization through digital transformation in the manufacturing industry, sharing measures, experiences, and challenges from various regions, and proposing policy recommendations.
