The quality test method of non-woven shopping bags
Taking non-woven handbag as an example, let’s talk about the quality test method:
1. Material requirements inspection: Check the certificate of conformity of the non-woven bag material.
2. Sensory testing
(1) The color of the non-woven bag can be visually observed under natural light.
(2) Distinguish the odor of non-woven bags using the sense of smell.
3. The appearance quality inspection of non-woven bags is carried out by visual inspection under natural light and by hand feeling method.
4. Measure non-woven bags using a measuring tool with a division value of 1mm for size deviation inspection.
5. Non woven bag sewing requirements inspection
(1) Sewing appearance: lay the non-woven bag flat on the inspection table and measure it with a ruler and visually inspect it.
(2) Measure the stitch density with a ruler for every 3cm of the length and count the number of stitches.
(3) The stitching strength of non-woven bags shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3923.1-1997. Take a sample from a non-woven bag, with a length of 300mm and a width of 50mm. Suture the sample at both ends of the seam, leaving 4 stitches of thread length and tying knots at the ends to prevent the thread from falling off.
6. Physical and mechanical performance testing
(1) The breaking strength shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3923.1-1997. Take a sample from a non-woven bag, with a length of 300mm and a width of 50mm
(2) Non woven bag lifting test machine is used for fatigue testing of bags, with an amplitude of 30mm ± 2mm and a frequency of 2Hz~3Hz. Simulated objects equivalent to the nominal load-bearing capacity in Table 3 (such as sand, rice grains, etc.) are loaded into the non-woven bag and then hung on the testing machine for 3600 tests to observe whether the non-woven bag body and lifting belt are damaged. There are three experimental quantities.
The drop test will place simulated objects equivalent to the nominal load-bearing capacity in Table 3 (such as sand, rice grains, etc.) into a non-woven bag, seal the mouth with tape, and let the bottom of the bag fall freely from a height of 0.5m above the ground. The test ground should be flat and hard, and the non-woven bag body should be observed for damage. There are three experimental quantities.
