Water jet non-woven fabric
By spraying high-pressure micro water onto one or more layers of fiber webs, the fibers are entangled with each other, thereby reinforcing the fiber webs and providing them with a certain level of strength.
characteristic:
1. Flexible entanglement, does not affect the original characteristics of the fibers, and does not damage the fibers.
2. The appearance is closer to traditional textiles.
3. High strength and low fuzziness.
4. High moisture absorption and rapid moisture absorption.
5. Soft to the touch and good drape.
6. The appearance is diverse and varied.
7. The production process is long and occupies a large area.

Identification method:
In hydroentangled non-woven fabric, “thorn” is a very thin high-pressure water line (because water is very thin, this expression is useful for subsequent product identification), and hydroentangled fabric is usually finer in diameter than needle punched fabric.

Pulp air laid non-woven fabric
Also known as dust-free paper or dry papermaking non-woven fabric. It uses air flow web technology to loosen wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then uses air flow method to aggregate the fibers on the web curtain, and the fiber web is reinforced into fabric.
Features: Good fluffiness, soft touch, and super absorbent performance.
Identification method:
1. Soft touch and high fluffiness.
2. Conduct water absorption test, with strong water absorption ability.
Wet non-woven fabric
It is to loosen the fiber raw materials placed in an aqueous medium into single fibers, and mix different fiber raw materials to make fiber suspension slurry. The suspension slurry is transported to the web forming mechanism, and the fibers are formed into a web in a wet state and then reinforced into cloth.

Spunbond non-woven fabric
After the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, the filaments are laid into a web, which is then subjected to self bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding, or mechanical reinforcement methods to turn the web into non-woven fabric.

Identification method:
1. Spunbond nonwoven fabrics have good glossiness and gradually darken with an increase in the proportion of fillers in the woven fabric.
2. Spunbond non-woven fabric is soft, comfortable, and wear-resistant.
3. After tearing, spunbond non-woven fabric is strong, clean, and pure.
Melt blown non-woven fabric
Spun melt non-woven fabric is the most essential material for masks, mainly made of polypropylene as the main raw material, with fiber diameters ranging from 1 to 5 microns. Ultra fine fibers with multiple voids, a fluffy structure, and good wrinkle resistance have a unique capillary structure that increases the number and surface area of fibers per unit area. They have excellent filtration, shielding, insulation, and oil absorption properties.
The process of melt blown non-woven fabric: polymer feeding – melt extrusion – fiber formation – fiber cooling – web formation – reinforcement into fabric.

1. The fiber web is composed of extremely fine and short fibers.
2. The fiber mesh has good uniformity and a soft touch.
3. Good filtering and liquid absorption performance.
4. The strength of the fiber mesh is poor.
Inspection method:
(1) Can meltblown fabric adsorb small paper sheets, as meltblown fabric has electrostatic adsorption properties.
(2) Meltblown fabric will melt when exposed to fire and will not burn. You can tear off the middle layer of the hood and burn it with a lighter. If it doesn’t burn, it’s usually a meltblown cloth.
(3) Tearing the meltblown layer into strips will have a significant electrostatic adsorption effect, and the strips of meltblown layer can also be adsorbed onto stainless steel.
(4) You can pour a little water on the meltblown fabric, and if the water doesn’t leak, it’s a better meltblown fabric.
(5) Use professional testing equipment for inspection.
Needle punched non-woven fabric
A type of dry non-woven fabric, needle punched non-woven fabric uses the puncture effect of needles to reinforce fluffy fiber webs into fabric.
characteristic:
1. Flexible entanglement between fibers, with good dimensional stability and elasticity.
2. Good permeability and filtration performance.
3. The texture is full and fluffy.
4. Various collection patterns or three-dimensional molded products can be manufactured according to requirements.
Identification method:
1. The weight is higher than that of water spikes, usually thicker, and the weight is usually above 80 grams.
2. Due to the coarse fibers of the needle punched fabric, the hand feel is rough.
3. There are small pinholes on the surface of the needle punched cloth.
Stitching non-woven fabric
Stitching non-woven fabric is a type of dry non-woven fabric, which uses a warp knitted coil structure to reinforce fiber webs, yarn layers, non-woven materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) or their combinations to produce non-woven fabric.

Identification method:
1. Test whether it has strong tearing force.
2. Whether the surface is relatively flat.
3. Is the hand feel more delicate.
Hydrophilic non-woven fabric
Mainly used in the production of medical and health materials to achieve better hand feel and avoid scratching the skin. Sanitary napkins and sanitary pads utilize the hydrophilic function of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics.

Capable of water contact and hydrophilic immersion, it can quickly transfer liquid to the core.
Identification method:
1. Do you feel soft and comfortable.
2. Conduct a water absorption test, and if the water absorption rate is strong, it is a hydrophilic non-woven fabric.
Hot air non-woven fabric
Hot air non-woven fabric: It belongs to the category of hot bonded (hot-rolled, hot air) non-woven fabrics. Hot air non-woven fabric is a type of non-woven fabric that is formed by using hot air from a drying device to penetrate the fiber web after short fibers are combed, allowing it to be heated and bonded together.
Identification method:
1. Touching with your hands, hot air non-woven fabric feels softer and more comfortable compared to spunbond non-woven fabric.
2. Gently tug: Take the hot air non-woven fabric and spunbond non-woven fabric, gently tug, the hot air non-woven fabric can easily pull out the silk, if the spunbond non-woven fabric is difficult to pull out the entire piece of silk.
