Liansheng Enters the School of Textile Science and Engineering, Xi’an University of Technology

On August 11th, Lin Shaozhong, General Manager of Liansheng, Zheng Xiaobing, Deputy General Manager of Business, Fan Meimei, Human Resources Manager, Ma Mingsong, Deputy Director of Production Center, and Pan Xue, Recruitment Supervisor, arrived at the School of Textile Science and Engineering, Xi’an Engineering University.

At 8:30 am, leaders from both schools and enterprises held a meeting in the conference room on the 4th floor of the School of Textile Science and Engineering at Xi’an Engineering University. Dean Wang Yuan and Secretary Yu Xishui from the School of Management, as well as Professor Yang Fan in charge of student work, and Dean Wang Jinmei, Secretary Guo Xiping, Professor Zhang Xing, and Professor Zhang Dekun from the School of Textile Science and Xi’an Engineering University and the School of Engineering, attended the meeting. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on talent cultivation, student internships and employment, scientific research cooperation, and reached a preliminary intention on the “production, learning, and research” cooperation between schools and enterprises. The school leaders introduced the construction of YWN’s corresponding majors, the number of students, and the cooperation mode. Mr. Lin also introduced the current development status and future layout of the company to the college leaders. Mr. Zheng introduced the company’s recruitment needs and specific plans for school enterprise cooperation.

After the meeting, the school arranged for representatives of graduate and undergraduate students majoring in non-woven fabrics to have a discussion with the recruitment team led by Mr. Lin. Mr. Lin carefully listened to the students’ employment difficulties, needs, and questions about Liansheng’s campus recruitment trip, and the recruitment team provided answers one by one.

At 14:00 in the afternoon, accompanied by school teachers, Mr. Lin and his delegation visited the Practical Research Laboratory of the Non woven Specialty and the Provincial Key Laboratory of Textile Engineering at the Textile College. During the visit, the school teachers provided a detailed introduction to the current construction of the laboratory and showcased the students’ experimental results as well as the school’s scientific research strength in the fields of non-woven and textile. Mr. Lin affirmed the scientific research achievements of the school and expressed his intention to cooperate in future areas such as scientific research, new product development, and product testing, taking into account the company’s development situat
