Whether in diverse transportation environments such as land, rail, sea, and air, they can provide stable protection for the packaged goods.

Good mechanical performance

Polylactic acid non-woven fabric has good mechanical properties, with certain strength and good tear resistance, and can withstand certain pressure and impact. In practical applications, it can provide cushioning protection for packaged products.

Soft and scratch resistant

Polylactic acid fibers and non-woven fabrics also have good flexibility, which can provide good protection for packaged products in packaging applications, without damaging the paint surface and appearance, and without affecting subsequent sales and user experience.

Texture without shedding chips

Polylactic acid non-woven fabric packaging has a good texture, does not shed chips, can maintain the beauty of the product, and does not affect the sales experience.

Buffer and shock absorption

Polylactic acid fiber can not only be used for product packaging, but also made into PLA flakes, further providing cushioning and shock absorption protection for the product.

Natural materials can be used for food packaging

The raw material of polylactic acid fiber comes from renewable plant resources such as corn, potatoes, and crop straw. It has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, antibacterial properties, and breathability. It can be widely used in the packaging of various foods, drugs, and fresh products, such as fruit preservation, tea bags, coffee bags, and the manufacturing of other biological packaging materials.

Polylactic acid fiber is not easy to burn, extinguishes immediately upon ignition, has no black smoke or toxic gas emissions, and has good safety in use.

PLA fiber supports blending with other cellulose fibers (such as bamboo fiber, viscose fiber, etc.), which can not only reduce costs while maintaining the full degradability of packaging products, but also achieve rich functionality of packaging products and meet the needs of application scenarios.
