1、 Construction content
The construction of the enterprise R&D center is organized by the Guangdong Nonwoven Fabric Association and produced in different industries

Head, in collaboration with universities, research institutes, technical service companies, and industry elites throughout the province
In accordance with the requirements of provincial-level research and development centers, we will work together to promote the construction of enterprise research and development centers and continuously improve their capabilities

2、 Construction steps
（1） The association organizes periodic evaluations and selects a batch based on the mature technology research and development situation of the enterprise

（2） Firstly, the enterprise submits an application and fills out the “Research and Development of Guangdong Non woven Fabric Industry Enterprises” form

1-2 companies will be selected for each batch and process method.
（4） After passing the review, it will be publicly announced within the industry.
（5） Issuing license plates and listing them in enterprises.
3、 R&D Center Operations
（1） Listed companies carry out technological innovation and research and development projects based on their own situation.
（2） According to the actual needs of the enterprise, Guangdong Nonwoven Fabric Association can be requested to provide technical support
Face to face assistance.
（3） Organize relevant technical activities in the technology research and development center as planned every year; Targeted
Carry out technical exchanges, research and development, and research and development; Assist enterprises in solving technological innovation challenges.
（4） The operation cycle of the R&D center is three years. After the expiration of the term, the enterprise can restart as needed

4、 Declaration conditions
（1） The enterprise must be a member of Guangdong Nonwoven Fabric Association.
（2） Enterprises focus on technological innovation: Strong and effective in technological innovation:
The product has a high technical content.
（3） The enterprise has a high level of recognition and influence in the professional field it is engaged in, and its products
The quality is highly recognized by the market.
（4） Priority will be given to enterprises that have established provincial or municipal level technology innovation centers or research and development centers.
5、 Declaration time
Each applying enterprise should submit the application form (see attachment) to the Secretariat of the Association for review before August 20, 2023.
