Method/Steps

Step 1: Firstly, it is necessary to purchase non-woven fabric of appropriate thickness from the material supplier. Generally, the thickness of non-woven fabric ranges from 25g to 90g per square meter. However, for the production of laminated tote bags, we usually choose 70g, 80g, and 90g of ordinary non-woven fabric. Payment depends on the height of the customized bag. This needs to be determined according to the bag size of the demander.

Step 2: Find a copper plate supplier to carve and print the content on the copper plate. Generally, one color corresponds to one copper plate, which also depends on the color of the bag. This step can be carried out with colleagues from the first step. Because they all need to find professional suppliers.

Step 3: Purchase PP film corresponding to payment. Generally, after this stage, the purchased copper plates and non-woven fabrics should be returned to the production line. Therefore, ink is printed according to the printing content of the bag, and then the printed content is printed onto the PP film through a copper plate printing machine, and the finished product is used for the next step of film coating.

Step 4: Use a laminating machine to produce laminated non-woven fabric by bonding the printed PP film and the purchased non-woven fabric with adhesive. At this stage, the printing pattern of the bag is basically completed, and the next step is to use a cutting machine, which is commonly known as a 3D bag machine, to cut the bag into shape.

Step 5: Use a bag cutting machine to shape the pre coated non-woven fabric roll, then assemble it into a handle and use ultrasonic hot pressing to shape the edges. At this point, a complete laminated non-woven three-dimensional bag is also completed.

Step 6: Packaging and boxing. Generally, the packaging is done according to the requirements of the demander. The default packaging method of Liansheng  is to pack in regular woven bags, usually 300 or 500 bags per bag, depending on the size of the bag. If the demander requests cardboard boxes or for export, cardboard boxes can be used for packaging, and the cost will be borne by the demander.
