Types of non-woven fabric composites

Non woven composite technology improves product performance and meets diverse needs by combining different materials or processes. The following are the main types of composites, their characteristics, and applications:

Classified by composite process

Hot pressing composite

Hot rolling composite refers to the use of hot rolling technology to composite non-woven fabric with other materials into a new material. The main characteristics of this technology are simple process, high production efficiency, and the ability to obtain high-strength and high-quality composite materials. Its application areas include many fields such as automobiles, furniture, building materials, etc. Hot rolled composite non-woven fabrics are commonly used in fields such as automotive interiors, flooring, and roofing materials.

Adhesive composite

Using water-based or solvent based adhesives, suitable for bonding non-woven fabrics with films and fabrics, commonly used in medical packaging and automotive interiors.

Ultrasonic Composite

High frequency vibration generates local heat for bonding, with no chemical residue, used for medical products and environmentally friendly materials.

Hot air composite

Antibacterial/anti-static coating

5. Special process composite

Combining fibers and adhesives in a wet state to produce high-density filter materials.

Electrostatic recombination

6. Mechanical reinforcement composite

Water jet composite
