Production process of geotextile
Short fiber geotextile is made of polyester short fiber polyester fabric or polypropylene fabric as raw materials, which is opened by a unpacking machine, loosened by a loosening machine, and then fed into a storage box. It is then hot-rolled to achieve high density, and then laid with four to five layers of mesh. After three needle piercing processes including pre piercing, hook piercing, and main piercing, it is formed by stretching and trimming the edges; Long filament geotextile, on the other hand, is made from a new type of polyester chip particles as raw materials, melted at high temperature, punched and laid into a mesh, and then processed through two needle piercing processes: pre piercing and re piercing, followed by edge cutting and stretching.
Non woven fabric production process flow
Non woven fabric is not made by interlacing and weaving cotton yarns one by one, but by immediately bonding cellulose together using physical or chemical methods. It does not have a warp and weft map, and cutting and sewing machines are very convenient. It is also lightweight and easy to shape. There are three key aspects to the production process:
(1) Spinning adhesion method: Using the basic principle of melt spinning, the raw materials are melted and mixed with rubber, and then extruded by a spinning plate to produce a fine flow of melt. Fast and strong cold air is used to cool the fine flow, while the chemical fibers are subjected to stretching effect to produce continuous filaments. Through the process of yarn separation, a evenly distributed drawing structure is produced, which is laid on a mesh curtain to produce a fiber web. The fiber web is reinforced by hot tying structure, needle tying structure or water jet and fixed to form Zaozhuang non-woven fabric.
(2) Melt spraying method: The molten material extruded by a screw is used in a fast high-temperature cyclone gas generator to subject the fine flow of the molten material to the stretching of polymer cells, resulting in the production of extremely fine polyester short fibers. These fibers are then deposited onto a mesh curtain or a mesh roller drum to produce a continuous short fiber network, which is then processed through self-adhesive effect or other structural reinforcement techniques to produce Zaozhuang non-woven fabric.
(3) Composite method: A meltblown nonwoven forming machine is added between two spinning and bonding nonwoven forming machines to form a composite production line, which is used to produce Zaozhuang nonwoven fabric with layered spinning and bonding fiber webs and meltblown fiber webs.
