Non-woven polypropylene spun bond fabric

Spunbond Non Woven Fabric Characteristics:

1. Light weight: Polypropylene resin is the main raw material for production. Specific gravity is only 0.9, only three-fifths of cotton.

2: Soft: It is made of fine fiber (2-3D) and has a light hot melt bounded it. The finished product is comfortable and soft.

3: Polypropylene slices are non-absorbent and free of water, making them waterproof and breathable. The finished product is made of 100% fiber, porous, has good air permeability, and is easy to dry and clean.

4. Non-toxic and non-irritating:using food-grade raw materials, non-woven synthetic fabric is non-toxic and non-irritating. It is stable, non-toxic, odorless, and does not irritate.

5: Antibacterial and anti-chemical reagents: Polypropylene is a chemical passivation material that does not contain insects and can distinguish between bacteria and insects in liquids. 抗bacterial, alkali corrosion, and finished products will not be impacted by corrosion strength.

6: Antibacterial.  The product can be extracted from water without mold, and it will separate bacteria and insects from liquid without mold.

7: Good physical properties:  The product has more strength than conventional staple fiber products. The strength is non-directional and comparable to longitudinal and transverse strengths.

8: Polyethylene is the raw material of plastic bags, while most non-woven materials are made of polypropylene. Although the two substances have similar names, they are not chemically identical. Polyethylene has a very stable chemical molecular structure and is hard to break down. Consequently, plastic bags take three hundred years to break down. Polypropylene has a weak chemical structure, the molecular chain can be broken easily, and it can be easily broken down. Furthermore, non-woven shopping bags enter the following environmental cycle in a non-toxic form, and they can be completely broken down within ninety days. Furthermore, non-woven shopping bags can be recycled more than ten times, and treatment-induced environmental pollution is only 10% of  that of plastic bags.

10~40gsm for medical and hygiene products: such as masks, medical disposable clothing, gown, bed sheets, headwear, wet wipes, diapers, sanitary pad, and adult incontinence products.
17-100gsm (3% UV) for agriculture: such as ground cover, root control bags, seed blankets, and weed reduction matting.
50~100gsm for bags: such as shopping bags, suit bags, promotional bags, and gift bags.
50~120gsm for home textile: such as wardrobe, storage box, bed sheets, table cloth, sofa upholstery, home furnishing, handbag lining, mattresses, wall and floor cover, and shoes cover.
100~150gsm for blind window, car upholstery.
