According to the different raw materials, non-woven fabrics are divided into various types, such as polyester, polypropylene, and nylon. Among them, polyester non-woven fabric is a type of non-woven fabric, which is made of polyester fibers. Textile short fibers or long filaments are oriented or randomly arranged to form a fiber network structure, and then reinforced by mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods. It is a new type of fiber product with soft, breathable, and flat structure, which is directly formed through various fiber mesh forming methods and consolidation techniques using high polymer slicing, short fibers, or long filaments.
Polyester fiber is an organic synthetic fiber with excellent physical properties and good chemical stability. It is a high strength, high modulus, and high toughness fiber. Therefore, polyester non-woven fabric has certain strength and wear resistance, as well as good softness and temperature resistance.
Home textiles: anti velvet lining, heat transfer printing, non-woven calendar, office document hanging bag, curtains, vacuum cleaner bag, disposable garbage bag packaging: cable wrapping cloth, handbag, container bag, flower wrapping material, desiccant, adsorbent packaging material.
Decoration: wall decorative fabric, floor leather base fabric, flocking base fabric.
Agriculture: Agricultural harvest cloth, crop and plant protection cloth, weed protection belt, fruit bag, etc.
Waterproof material: High grade breathable (wet) waterproof material base fabric.
Industrial applications: filter materials, insulation materials, electrical appliances, reinforcement materials, support materials.
Other: composite film substrate, baby and adult diapers, sanitary napkins, disposable sanitary materials, protective equipment, etc.
Filtering: filtration of transmission oil.
Although non-woven fabric and polyester non-woven fabric are both types of non-woven fabric, there are some differences between them. The most significant difference is that polyester non-woven fabric is made of polyester fibers, while non-woven fabric is made by mixing multiple fibers. From the perspective of the resulting structure, it is easier to see the interweaving of fibers on non-woven fabrics, while polyester non-woven fabrics are relatively tighter.
