Polypropylene non-woven fabric is made from polypropylene (PP) as raw material, which is stretched to form continuous filaments. The filaments are laid into a fiber web, which is then subjected to thermal bonding, chemical bonding, or mechanical reinforcement to become non-woven fabric. Polypropylene non-woven fabric has the characteristics of high strength, good longitudinal and transverse tensile strength, and strong breathability, making it suitable for making molded cup masks.
The reason why masks made of polypropylene activated carbon non-woven fabric are favored by people is mainly because they have the following advantages:
1. Good breathability, non-woven fabric has better breathability than other fabrics.
2. The activated carbon carried in it has a lot of filtering and adsorption capabilities for odors.
3. Good stretchability, even when stretched left or right, there will be no breakage, strong extensibility, good tensile strength, and a very soft touch.
Activated carbon content (%): ≥ 50
Absorption of benzene (C6H6) (wt%): ≥ 20
The weight and width of this product can be produced according to user requirements.
Activated carbon cloth is made of high-quality powdered activated carbon as the adsorbent material, which has good adsorption performance, thin thickness, good breathability, and is easy to heat seal. It can effectively adsorb various industrial waste gases such as benzene, formaldehyde, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, etc.
Mainly used for making activated carbon masks, widely used in heavy polluting industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, paint, pesticide, etc., with significant anti toxic and deodorizing effects.
