Strong tensile non woven fabric for packaging

Product Detail

The packaging materials for non-woven fabric manufacturers should be mesh fabrics composed of non-woven fibers, excluding mineral fibers. Its microbial barrier properties, water resistance, compatibility with human tissues, breathability, salt water resistance, surface absorption, toxicology tests, large equivalent pore size, suspension, tensile strength, wet tensile strength, and burst resistance should comply with relevant national regulations.

The non-woven fabric used for packaging should meet the following quality requirements

1. Uniform thickness

Good non-woven fabrics will not have a significant difference in thickness when exposed to light; Poor fabric will appear very uneven, and the texture contrast of the fabric will be greater. This greatly reduces the load-bearing capacity of the fabric. At the same time, fabrics with poor hand feel will feel hard but not soft.

2. Strong tensile strength

The fabric produced in this way has weak tensile resistance and is difficult to restore. The texture feels thicker and firmer, but not soft. In this case, the load-bearing capacity is poor, and the difficulty of decomposition will be much greater, which is not environmentally friendly.

3. Line spacing

The optimal stress requirement for fabric texture is 5 stitches per inch, so that the sewn bag is aesthetically pleasing and has strong load-bearing capacity. Non woven fabric with a thread spacing of less than 5 needles per inch has poor load-bearing capacity.

4. Gram number

The weight here refers to the weight of non-woven fabric within 1 square meter, and the heavier the weight, the more non-woven fabric used, naturally thicker and stronger.

The use of non-woven fabric for packaging

Non woven fabrics for packaging are mainly used in the fields of home decoration and clothing manufacturing. In terms of home decoration, non-woven fabrics are often used as bed covers, bed sheets, tablecloths, etc., adding beauty and comfort to the home environment. In terms of clothing manufacturing, non-woven fabric has the characteristics of softness, good breathability, and wear resistance, so it is often used as underwear, fabric, and insoles, aiming to improve the comfort and aesthetics of clothing. In addition, non-woven fabric is also used to make toe and heel liners to meet specific design and functional requirements.

In recent years, customers have increasingly high quality requirements for non-woven fabric manufacturers’ products. Therefore, in order to achieve long-term stable development, non-woven fabric manufacturers need to strengthen product quality management. For non-woven fabric manufacturers, quality management is of utmost importance. Remember not to ruin the development prospects of the enterprise for the sake of short-term gains!
